Article 1 - Definitions

 

In these terms and conditions, the following is understood:

  • Supplementary agreementan agreement whereby you (the consumer) acquire products, digital content and/or services in connection with a distance contract, and these goods, digital content and/or services are supplied by the entrepreneur or by a third party on the basis of an arrangement between that third party and the entrepreneur.

  • Cooling-off periodthe period within which you can exercise your right of withdrawal.

  • Consumer: you, the natural person who is not acting for purposes related to trade, business, craft, or professional activities.

  • Day: calendar day.

  • Digital contentdata that is produced and delivered in digital form.

  • Durable data carrier: any tool - including email - that allows you or the entrepreneur to store information so that it can be consulted or used later.

  • Right of withdrawalthe option to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

  • Entrepreneurthe natural or legal person who offers products, digital content and/or services remotely.

  • Distance contractan agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and you through an organized system for distance selling.

  • Technology for remote communicationmeans that can be used to conclude an agreement without you and the entrepreneur having to be in the same place at the same time.

Article 3 - Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from PrepPack.nl and to every distance contract concluded between PrepPack.nl and you as a consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available. If this is not reasonably possible, PrepPack.nl will indicate how the general terms and conditions can be viewed and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.

 


 


Article 4 - The Offer

If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer. The offer contains a clear description of the products, digital content, and/or services being offered.

 


 


Article 5 - The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the offer is accepted and the associated conditions are met. PrepPack.nl will promptly confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer via email.

 


 


Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to within 14 days after receipt to revoke the agreement of your order without giving any reason. This does not apply to products that are excluded from revocation (see Article 10).

 


 


Article 7 - Obligations of the consumer during the cooling-off period

During the cooling-off period, you should handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only handle the product as you would be allowed to do in a physical store.

 


 


Article 8 - Exercise of the right of withdrawal and associated costs

Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? Then please contact us via klantenservice@preppack.nlYou will then receive a free return label, so you can return the product at no cost. After receiving your return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days refunded.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

Article 9 - Obligations of PrepPack.nl in case of withdrawal

PrepPack.nl confirms receipt of your withdrawal request and will refund the full purchase amount (including any shipping costs) within 5 business days back.

 


 


Article 10 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Some products cannot be returned, for example custom-made products or hygiene products whose seal has been broken.

 


 


Article 11 - The Price

All listed prices include VAT.

 


 


Article 12 - Fulfillment of the agreement and warranty

PrepPack.nl guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and the reasonable expectations you may have of them.

 


 


Article 13 - Delivery and Execution

Orders placed on business days before 5:00 PM are placed, they are shipped the same day.

  • The expected delivery time is 1 to 2 working days.

  • In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 30 days take longer. If this happens, you will be informed in a timely manner.

 


 


Article 14 - Payment

Payment must be made within 14 days after receipt of the order, unless otherwise agreed.

 


 


Article 15 - Complaints Procedure

Complaints can be submitted via klantenservice@preppack.nlWithin 14 days you will receive a substantive response.

 


 


Article 16 - Disputes

Do you have a complaint? Please contact us at info@preppack.nl. We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days and work together to find a solution.

Article 17 - Additional or Deviating Provisions

Deviating provisions may not be detrimental to the consumer and must be recorded in writing.
