At PrepPack.nl, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Does the product not meet your expectations? No worries! You can return it within 14 days after receipt free returns and receive a full refund of the purchase amount.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and undamaged.

    If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product.

  • In the original packaging, including labels.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order confirmation).

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product free of charge. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell it, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via klantenservice@preppack.nl. We will refund the amount due for your order within 14 days after you have registered your return, provided we have received the product in good condition.

Unfortunately, incorrect delivery or defects

Check your order immediately upon receipt. Is the item damaged, defective, or did you receive the wrong product? If so, please contact us within 48 hours contact us. We will then immediately provide an appropriate solution.

 

 


Exchange

Would you like a different product? Return your current order free of charge and place a new order for the desired item.

 

 


Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation.

  • Is the return approved? Then we will refund the amount. within 5 working days refund via the original payment method.

  • Please note: It may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
