Shipping Policy


Delivery times

Orders placed on business days before 5:00 PM are shipped the same day. In most cases, your order will be delivered the next business day, with a maximum delivery time of 2 business days, unless there are unforeseen circumstances.

Please note: The stated delivery times are indicative. If there is a delay due to force majeure or problems with the carrier, delivery may take longer. In such cases, PrepPack.nl is not liable for any consequential damages.

 

 


Cancel before shipping

  • Free cancellation: You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped.

  • After shipping: Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. You can then make use of the right of withdrawal (see below).

 

 


Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

  • Term: You have 14 days after receipt from your order the time to decide whether you want to return it, without giving a reason.

  • How to return? Send an email to klantenservice@preppack.nlto register your return. You will receive a free return label and further instructions on how to return your order.

  • Refund: As soon as we have received your return in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days refunded via the payment method you used.

  • Terms and Conditions: Returned products must (if reasonably possible) be in their original packaging and undamaged. Any depreciation in value due to use beyond what is necessary to assess the product may be deducted.

 

 


Free shipping & Track & Trace

  • Within the Netherlands: All orders are shipped for free, regardless of the order amount. You will receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.

  • Risk during transport: According to European regulations, the shipping risk lies with the seller until you have actually received the package. If something goes wrong (such as loss or damage) before receipt, we will resolve this for you at no cost.

  • Insurance: The standard shipping method is not additionally insured. Any faster or supplementary shipping options may (if available) be offered separately.

 

 


Important note

We do our utmost to meet the stated delivery times, but these remain indicative. In exceptional cases, a delivery may take a little longer due to force majeure, strikes, or weather conditions. If a delay is unacceptable to you, you can cancel the order as long as it has not yet been shipped, or return it after receipt using the right of withdrawal.
