For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, 'you' and 'your' refer to you as a user of the Services, whether you are a customer, website visitor, or another individual from whom we have collected information under this Privacy Policy.

Reviews via WebwinkelKeur

We collect reviews through the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide your name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide clarification on your review.

In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They will use this information solely for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to engage third parties for the provision of its services. All of the above-mentioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the service for which WebwinkelKeur engages third parties.

Leaving a review is completely voluntary and does not affect your rights as a consumer. It is always possible that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first inform us of any complaints by emailing info@preppack.nl. International users

Please note that we may transfer, store, and process your personal data outside the country in which you reside. Your personal data will also be processed by staff and external service providers and partners in these countries.

If we transfer your personal data outside Europe, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, or equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority of the United Kingdom, where applicable, unless the data is transferred to a country that has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.
