Delivery times
Due to the current demand for some items, orders may take up to 14 days to process and ship. We strive to process every order as quickly as possible, but ask for your understanding in case of possible delays. Usually orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis; however, in some cases an order may be shipped the same business day.

Please note: The delivery times mentioned are indicative. If unforeseen circumstances occur (e.g. force majeure, problems with the carrier), the delivery may be delayed. In that case, Preppack.nl is not liable for any consequential damage.

Cancel before shipping
Free cancellation: You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped.
After dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. After that, you can – if desired – use the right of withdrawal (see below).

Returns (Right of withdrawal)
Term: You have the right to decide within 14 days after receiving your order that you want to return it, without giving a reason.
How to return: Send an email to customerservice@preppack.nl to register your return. You will then receive further instructions.
Refund: Once we receive the returned items in good condition, we will process the refund within 14 days via the payment method you originally paid with.
Conditions: Returned products must (if reasonably possible) be in the original packaging and undamaged. Any reduction in value due to use that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the product, can be deducted.

Free shipping (Track & Trace)
Within the Netherlands: We offer free shipping as standard for orders within the Netherlands; you will receive a Track & Trace code.
Risk during transport: According to European regulations, the shipping risk lies with the seller until you actually have the package in your possession. Should anything unexpectedly go wrong with the shipment (such as loss or damage) before receipt, we will of course resolve this for you free of charge.
Insurance: This free shipping method is not additionally insured. Any faster or additional shipping options can be offered separately (if available).

Important note
We do our utmost to meet the stated delivery times, but these remain an indication. Due to unforeseen circumstances (such as force majeure, strikes or pandemics) the delivery may take longer. In such cases Preppack.nl cannot be held liable for financial or other consequential damages. If the delay is unacceptable to you, you can of course cancel as long as the order has not yet been shipped, or use the right of withdrawal after receipt.
