Return and refund policy

Money back guarantee
Our Money Back Guarantee assures our customers that they will be satisfied with their purchase. If the product does not meet expectations, we offer a hassle-free returns procedure and a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Policy
To initiate a return, you can contact us at customerservice@preppack.nl. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Maagdenburgstraat 5, 7421 ZA Deventer. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items that are sent back to us without a return being requested will not be accepted.

For questions about returns, you can always contact us at customerservice@preppack.nl. Damage and problems. Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the problem and resolve it for you. Exceptions/items that may not be returned. Certain types of items may not be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchange
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and buy the new item separately once the return is accepted. Legal 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via the original payment method within ten business days. Please remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund. Please contact us at customerservice@preppack.nl if it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return.
